Accessing the Learn Green Flower Platform!

Having trouble accessing your purchased course or a Green Flower live event that you’ve signed up to watch?

Making Sure You’re Logged In

The first thing is to make sure you’re logged into the Green Flower platform.

If you are not logged in, you’ll see this at the top, right-hand corner of the screen:

NOTE: When you sign up for a Green Flower event or class for the first time, you’re automatically given a membership account with learngreenflower.com!

When you click “Login or Register” at the top of your screen you’ll open the login prompt:

If you know your login info, you can enter it here. Or create an account if you’re new to Green Flower.

You can also reset your password if you’ve forgotten it, and we will email instructions so you can change it and get logged in.

Creating a New Account

If you try to register for a new account and receive a message that “a user is already registered with that e-mail address”, you probably signed up for one of our virtual events in the past or are a member of our email list and so already have an account!

In this case, click “Login” and then request a password change if necessary. Instructions will be sent to whichever email address you’ve used to engage Green Flower.

Once You’re Logged In

When you’re logged in you will see the face icon at the top, right-hand corner of the screen:

You can click this icon to pull down the drop menu where you can access your Green Flower Library, which includes any classes or events you’ve purchased.

You can also click ‘Profile’ where you have the option of editing your info, picture, and password:

Once you’ve edited your profile and uploaded an image, you’ll see something like this at the top, right-hand corner of the screen whenever you are logged in.

When you are logged in you can access your purchased materials under My Library or view a live event that you’ve registered to attend.
